Ingredients

White mixture:

125 g hardened fat
5 tablespoons grated coconut
4 tablespoons dried milk SABI
3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Nut filling:

100 g ground walnuts
50 g powdered sugar
50 g butter SABI
rum or rum aroma

Chocolate glaze:

125 g hardened fat
50 g cocoa
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
4 tablespoons chocolate pudding powder


Procedure

Heat hardened fat and add sugar, coconut, dried milk, and mix.
For the nut filling, mix soft butter with sugar, walnuts, and rum. Prepare chocolate glaze from hardened fat, sugar, cocoa, and pudding powder.
Place white mixture first into small paper cups, then the filling, and cover with chocolate glaze.    

Decorate the top with a lentil candy.
