Cream Cake with Sponge Biscuits

Ingredients

1 package round sponge biscuits, 1 puff pastry, 1 apricot or peach compote, 2 packets vanilla sugar, 2 cream powders (Zlatý Klas etc.), fat and flour for greasing and dusting the baking tray


Procedure

Divide the puff pastry into two halves and roll out two sheets. Place one on a greased and floured baking tray. Prick it with a fork to prevent puffing during baking. Arrange the sponge biscuits densely on it. Cook pudding from milk, sugar and Zlatý Klas. Pour the warm pudding over the sponge biscuits. Evenly arrange fruit on the surface and cover with the second sheet of pastry. Bake the cake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes at 250 °C.
