Cocoa Cream with Fruit

1 l SABI milk
1 whole egg
5 tbsp granulated sugar
4 - 5 tbsp plain flour
3 - 4 tbsp Granko cocoa powder
fresh fruit to taste
children’s oblong sponge biscuits


Instructions

In a container, mix milk, egg, flour, Granko, and sugar well. Cook while stirring until thickened. In a wide dish, arrange sponge biscuits and fruit, then pour the cooked cream over. When cooled, refrigerate and serve portioned with whipped cream.
