Pasta in Volovec Sauce

1/2 broccoli
400 g hard Volovec cheese SABI
2x SABI Volovec cheese in casing
400 g pasta (penne or short macaroni)
200 g SABI sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
fresh parsley leaves


Instructions

1. Divide broccoli into small florets and chop the rest into small pieces. Cook pasta with broccoli in boiling salted water.

2. Grate Volovec cheese into a pot. Cook and drain pasta, meanwhile melt cheese with casing and add SABI sour cream.

3. Season sauce with salt, pepper, and parsley. Place pasta in a baking dish, pour sauce over, and mix. If too dry, add about 150 ml boiling water.

4. Bake at 200°C (grill phase) until a nice golden crust forms.
