Alaskan Pollock with Mustard Sauce

50 g SABI butter
1 tbsp SABI sour cream
2 dl SABI cooking cream
50 g Sabina processed cheese
3 pcs Alaskan pollock
1 tbsp fish seasoning with lemon
1 tbsp French mustard
salt


Procedure

Melt butter in a pan. Fry the salted and seasoned fish on both sides and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Remove the fish, add mixed creams (a tablespoon of SABI sour cream and 200 ml SABI cooking cream), 50 grams of Sabina processed cheese,
and mustard to the pan juices, mix everything together, bring to a slow boil, then immediately remove from heat. If the sauce seems too thick, add more cream.

Serve with fries or boiled potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
