Stuffed and fried chicken rolls

Ingredients

4 pcs chicken breasts
Volovec slices
dry tomatoes
parsley leaves
salt, ground black pepper
oil for frying

Breading
plain flour
eggs
breadcrumbs

Procedure

1. Clean and thinly pound the chicken breasts. Salt and pepper them on both sides.

2. Put slices of Volovec, dried tomatoes, and chopped parsley leaves in the center of each piece.

3. Roll the breasts and close with wooden toothpicks. Coat each roll sequentially in breading: plain flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.

4. Fry the rolls in hot oil on each side until golden. Serve with roasted potatoes or fries or salad with dressing.
