Congratulations. The 1st place in the "TOP MILK-AGRO STORE 2022" competition in the western region was awarded to the store in Kremnica.
MILK-AGRO has been on the market for some time and therefore knows what to expect from its store teams. The salesperson is the first contact between the company and the customer, so it is very important that the team works well, communication is 100%, and work is precise. Only then will customers gladly return to them and the company will prosper. We are glad that the store in Kremnica works exactly like this. Therefore, it deservedly won 1st place in the TOP MILK-AGRO STORE competition in the western region.
MILK-AGRO started the new year by rewarding its stores that achieved excellent sales and management results in 2022 through their precision, efficiency, and diligence. We awarded the best results in each region. In the western region, only one store could win, while in other regions with more stores, up to 5 could win. In this issue, we take a closer look at the store in Kremnica, located on Zechenterova Street, which won 1st place in the TOP MILK-AGRO STORES category in 2022.
"It is a relatively new store that we opened in October 2019. As we all know, it is difficult to find good and reliable employees. Several saleswomen have rotated in this store, but currently, we enjoy a really strong and friendly team," said Mrs. Kunovská, the western region manager.
The store currently has 6 employees, including the store manager, Mrs. Jana K., and the deputy manager, Mrs. Natália H. With their ideas, responsibility, and foresight, they proved to be very skilled and do their job 100%, which is extremely important in this work. According to the store manager, the most important thing is to have enough goods so that the customer has a choice, of course, order in the store, and neatly and clearly displayed goods. Thanks to this, they have satisfied and regular customers who often praise and say kind words.
"Our goal was not to win, but we all sincerely enjoy the victory. The feeling that we achieved excellent results and the management is satisfied with us is priceless. Of course, we were also pleased with the financial reward, which nowadays brings a smile to everyone. The diploma arrived only a few days ago, but we already know where to display it to present ourselves as one of the best stores far and wide. We will certainly strive to achieve similar results in the coming years. We love our work," said the store manager, Mrs. Jana K.
