Zucchini Tagliatelle with Cream Sauce and Volovec

2 pcs medium zucchinis
200 g tagliatelle pasta
200 ml SABI whipping cream
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
1 tbsp olive oil
50 g grated Volovec cheese
salt and black pepper to taste
fresh basil (for garnish)


Instructions

1. Wash zucchinis and slice thinly or into long strips (tagliatelle style). Cook pasta according to package instructions.

2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and lightly sauté. Add zucchini strips and fry briefly to keep them crisp (about 3-4 minutes).

3. Set zucchini aside and pour SABI whipping cream into the pan, bring to a boil. Add grated Volovec cheese to thicken. Stir until sauce thickens.

4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve pasta and zucchini on a plate, pour with cream sauce, and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
