1 l SABI milk
10 pcs eggs
200 g dried raisins
2 packets vanilla sugar
a pinch salt
Procedure
Whisk eggs thoroughly and cook with milk over low heat. Stir the mixture constantly and gradually add washed raisins, vanilla, and salt. Cook until the mixture begins to curdle, then turn off the heat and let rest for 2-3 minutes. Prepare a large container with cheesecloth and a wooden spoon (hang the cheesecloth on the spoon). Ladle the mixture into the cheesecloth, tie tightly with string to remove excess water. Let the cheese rest in the cheesecloth until the next day to firm up and drain all liquid. Store in the refrigerator.
