1 pack lasagna sheets
1 pack frozen leaf spinach
3 garlic cloves
200 g melted Sabina cheese
salt
ground white pepper
oil


Béchamel sauce:
100 g SABI butter
150 g plain flour
1 l SABI semi-skimmed milk
salt
nutmeg
ripened Sabinovská tehla cheese
4 hard-boiled eggs


Instructions

Prepare lasagna sheets according to package instructions. Briefly sauté crushed garlic in oil, add thawed and drained spinach, melted cheese, salt, and pepper. In a pot, melt butter, add flour to make a roux. Add milk, salt, grated nutmeg, and stir continuously until the sauce thickens. Grease a baking dish with butter, place lasagna sheets on the bottom. Layer one-third of the spinach, chopped boiled eggs, and one-third of the béchamel sauce; repeat the layers. Top the last béchamel layer with grated cheese. Bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
