Savory Pie

Ingredients

1 package puff pastry
7 eggs
150 g ham
150 g mature Sabinovská tehla cheese
200 g SABI sour cream
parsley leaves
salt
ground black pepper
SABI butter

Procedure

Whisk eggs in a bowl. Add chopped ham, part of the grated cheese, and chopped parsley leaves. Add sour cream, mix well, season with salt and pepper. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface. Grease a baking dish with butter and line it with puff pastry up to the edges. Pour in the prepared mixture and bake at 180 - 220 ºC for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top and bake again. Serve with fresh vegetables or a vegetable salad.
