SABI Egg Liqueur

10 pcs egg yolks
2 pcs sweetened condensed milk (Salko)
300 ml SABI milk
3 pcs vanilla sugar
20 g powdered sugar
700 ml rum
maple syrup to taste
ground cinnamon
nutmeg
gingerbread spice


Procedure

1. Whisk egg yolks with sugar, add SABI milk, vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix well and heat gently, do not boil!

2. When the mixture is hot (but not boiling), add 2 cans of Salko and mix well. *For caramel flavor, caramelize Salko beforehand by boiling cans in water for at least 2 hours. The resulting liqueur will have a darker color and caramel taste.

3. Remove from heat and let cool. When not hot, add rum, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and gingerbread spice to taste.

4. Serve with whipped cream, sprinkled with cocoa.
