200 g dark chocolate
140 g SABI butter cut into cubes
4 pcs eggs
60 g plain flour
70 g cane sugar
frozen or fresh raspberries
*also need 4 ceramic molds
Procedure
1. Grease the ceramic molds with butter. Melt the chocolate with SABI butter in a water bath, stir well and let cool slightly while stirring occasionally.
2. In a larger bowl, whisk eggs with cane sugar, add melted chocolate with butter and mix. Finally, add sifted flour and stir in.
3. Pour the batter into the prepared molds. Place the molds on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 7 to 12 minutes. The cakes are done when they start to pull away from the sides of the molds and the top is slightly crispy. After baking, remove from the oven, let stand for a minute, and carefully turn out onto a plate.
4. Serve lava cakes with a scoop of ice cream or raspberries cooked with a little cane sugar. The finished lava cake is baked on the surface and its interior is moist, almost "raw".
