1 kg pork meat (neck, shoulder), salt, pepper, ground paprika, plain flour, oil


Procedure

Wash the meat and cut it into cubes. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with paprika. Sear it quickly in oil. When cooked, add enough water and stew until tender. When the meat is stewed, thicken it with flour mixed in cream. Let it boil, season and serve. Suitable side dish is pasta.
