Pockets with Volovec Cheese

Ingredients

Dough:

400 g plain flour
1 yeast (instant also)
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
pinch of salt
4 tablespoons oil
200 ml warm water
1 egg


Filling:

100 g mature Volovec cheese
200 g soft spreadable curd cheese
in SABI casing
1 egg
50 g salami
50 g ham
100 g Sabinovská white curd cheese
salt
ground black pepper
pizza seasoning


Procedure

Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast (instant or risen starter) in a bowl. Add oil, water, egg and knead into smooth dough. Sprinkle surface with flour, cover with cloth, and let rise in a warm place. Roll out risen dough and cut into circles. Place filling in the center of each circle, fold dough, and press edges to seal. Place pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with beaten egg. Bake at 180 ºC for about 20 minutes.


Filling:

Mix all filling ingredients well in a bowl.
