No-Bake Wafer Roll

2 pieces of cake wafers
4 bananas
chocolate glaze

Walnut filling:
100g granulated sugar
175ml semi-skimmed milk SABI
130g ground walnuts

Coconut filling:
150g granulated sugar
150g SABI butter
6 tablespoons water
70g dried milk SABI
200g grated coconut


Procedure

Place the wafers on aluminum foil and cover with damp towels to soften slightly and make them easier to roll into a roll. Prepare the walnut filling by caramelizing the sugar, remove the pot from the heat, and carefully add the milk.

Return to heat and let it boil until the caramel dissolves in the milk. Gradually add ground walnuts, mix, and remove from heat. For the coconut filling, melt butter, sugar, and water.

Simmer briefly. Remove from heat, stir in dried milk, and do not boil further.
Add grated coconut and mix. Spread the fillings on the wafers while still warm. Use halves of both creams on one wafer.

First spread half of the walnut filling, smooth it, then layer the coconut filling and smooth again. Place peeled bananas and roll into a roll. Wrap the roll in aluminum foil and chill in the refrigerator.
Prepare 2 rolls this way. Decorate the chilled rolls with chocolate glaze and cut.
