No-Bake Cheesecake from Genuine Cream

120 g butter biscuits
50 g melted SABI butter
200 g SABI sour cream
200 g Delicious SABI white spread
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon


Instructions

1. Crush the biscuits (in a mixer or with a rolling pin) and mix with melted butter. Put about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into glasses and press gently.

2. In a bowl, mix sour cream, spread, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Whip briefly until the cream is smooth and fluffy. You can add a little lemon juice.

3. Layer the biscuit crumbs and cream in the glasses. Sprinkle the top with cocoa and decorate as desired.

4. Let the dessert rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (ideally overnight) to blend the flavors.

Our tip: Add favorite fruits, a spoonful of jam, or nut cream between the layers.
