Ingredients

  • 250g spreadable curd cheese SABI
  • 2 pcs yogurt tartar sauce SABI
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 pickled cucumbers
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • white ground pepper

Procedure

Crush the curd cheese, add finely grated carrots, cucumbers, finely chopped onion, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper and mix with yogurt tartar sauce. Let stand for at least 3 hours to blend flavors. Serve with dark whole grain bread.
