Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

8 eggs, salt, ground black pepper, grated nutmeg, parsley


Procedure

Beat the eggs and mix in milk. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Grate the cheese, mix it into the prepared milk and pour the mixture into a higher greased form. Cook the casserole in a water bath for about 45 minutes.

Tip: After cooking in the water bath, pour the casserole into a bundt pan and let it cool thoroughly. (Gelatin sachets can be used for setting). Decorate nicely before serving.
