1 l full-fat Sabi milk

4 egg yolks

1.5 packets Zlatý klas (corn starch)

150 g granulated sugar

1 vanilla sugar

150 ml strong coffee


Procedure

Egg white foam: 4 egg whites, 2 tbsp granulated sugar, 2 tbsp currant jam. Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks, fold in sugar and jam and whip again.
Caramelize sugar in a pan, pour coffee over it and mix well. In a tall pot, mix egg yolks, Zlatý klas and vanilla in milk. Add the coffee with caramel to the prepared milk, put the mixture on the stove and cook while stirring until thick cream forms, which is then poured into glasses or molds. After cooling, decorate the cream with fruit foam.
