Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter SABI
1 tablespoon plain flour
250 ml broth
processed Volovec cheese
100 g matured Volovec cheese
sour cream delicacy SABI
nutmeg
ground white pepper
salt
broccoli
Procedure
Make a light roux from butter and flour, pour hot broth over, and stir.
Add grated cheese, processed cheese, sour cream, and stir until cheeses melt. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Serve with cooked broccoli.
Pasta is a suitable side dish.
