Ingredients
370 ml SABI kefir milk
220 g all-purpose flour
30 g corn starch
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
ground black pepper
2 pcs eggs
60 g melted SABI butter
80 g grated Sabinov cheese
Procedure
1. Mix flour, starch, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl, add melted butter, eggs, kefir, cheese, and finally dried tomatoes and spinach.
2. Mix well until you get a thick batter, which you immediately pour into a preheated waffle iron and bake until golden (about 4 minutes).
3. Serve with sour cream dip or fried egg and salad.
Tip from Tinka: Add a spoonful of chopped dried tomatoes or chopped baby spinach.
