Balkan SABI Wrap

Ingredients

4 pcs tortillas
150 g Lučina cheese
1 pc Sabinovský Balkan-type cheese
16 slices Sabinovská Tehla
1 tsp parsley
150 g fresh spinach, walnuts to taste
2 handfuls arugula
150 g salad cucumber to taste, spices, tzatziki

Procedure

First, prepare the dressing. Crush a garlic clove and mix with Lučina, tzatziki spices, and parsley. Spread the well-mixed dressing on the tortillas. On top, place slices of SABI Balkan cheese, spinach leaves, cucumber, walnuts, slices of Sabinovská Tehla, and arugula. Roll the tortilla tightly to prevent cheese from leaking, grill or toast, and voila! Ready to serve.
