3 eggs
170 g plain flour
1 baking powder
2 pcs vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
Procedure
Put all ingredients into a bowl, mix, and if the batter is too thin, add more flour.
Shape donuts with a spoon and place them into hot oil, frying until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
