Creams
SABI cream is made from strictly selected and controlled Slovak milk. In human nutrition, milk fat has its justification when used appropriately and in moderation, among other things, by allowing the body to absorb fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K. Milk fat contains phospholipids whose function in the human body is to maintain the nervous system in good condition.
It is a liquid dairy product with a higher milk fat content, without which no chef can imagine their culinary art. It is a traditional and established ingredient of Slovak cuisine. The production range of creams with different fat contents (12%, 33%) is adapted to the intended use, as in the case of delicacy and sweet cream, or the presence of beneficial cultures (cream, probiotic) as in the case of sour cream with 12% fat content.
