plain flour for coating
Procedure
Remove scales from trout, wash, season with salt and spices, drizzle with lemon, and coat in plain flour. Fry on both sides in hot butter. Garnish with lemon slices before serving. Serve with sautéed vegetables.
Note: If you finish cooking the trout, the bones will separate nicely.
