DOUGH:
2 and 1/2 cups plain flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 pc dried yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 l SABI milk
4 tbsp SABI butter
3 pcs eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

FILLING:
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 pc nutmeg
4 tbsp SABI butter


Procedure

Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Heat milk and butter in a small heavy-bottomed pot on low heat until butter melts. Add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture along with eggs and vanilla extract. Knead smooth dough, cover with a cloth, and let rise in a warm place for about an hour. Line a loaf pan with baking paper and grease with butter. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. After rising, roll dough into a large rectangle about 1 cm thick, spread with butter, and sprinkle with sugar mixture. Cut dough into 7 cm strips and stack in the pan. Let rise for another 30-40 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 35-45 minutes. Check doneness with a skewer.
