Quiche with Smoked Meat and Mushrooms

SABI milk

Procedure

Prepare the mixture. Sauté onion in oil, add mushrooms, salt, and black pepper. Fry and add chopped smoked meat. Cook until mushrooms soften.

Place spinach in a bowl and pour boiling water over it, cover and let stand for a moment. After a few minutes, uncover, add the entire SABI sour cream, salt, black pepper, and grated garlic (or press it). Mix well.

Prepare the custard: whisk 5 eggs in a bowl, add 150 ml milk, salt, and pepper. Mix and add chopped parsley.

Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a baking dish. Layer the spinach mixture, the smoked meat mixture, and sprinkle with grated Volovec cheese. Fold the edges of the dough inward. Pour the prepared custard over.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 40 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
