Chicken SABI Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

4 slices chicken breasts
8 slices ham
200 g Čergov cheese
to taste salt, pepper
oil for frying
breading: plain flour, egg, breadcrumbs, toothpicks

Procedure

1. Pound the chicken breasts thin and season both sides with salt and pepper.

2. Place ham and a rectangle of Čergov cheese on the edge of the slices and roll up. Secure the roll with toothpicks in at least two places to prevent it from opening during baking.

3. Coat the rolls in breading: flour, egg, breadcrumbs. Finally, fry them in hot oil until golden brown.

4. Serve SABI Cordon Bleu with steamed vegetables, boiled potatoes, or a light vegetable salad.
