Dumplings from Acidophilus Milk

500 g semi-coarse flour
salt
600 ml acidophilus milk SABI
SABI dumpling curd
125 g SABI butter
parsley


Procedure

Put sifted semi-coarse flour, salt, and acidophilus milk into a bowl. Knead dough so it is neither thick nor thin. Drop dumplings into salted boiling water. After they float to the surface, cook for another minute. Drain, mix with curd, and pour melted butter over. Season to taste. Before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
