A large pack of ladyfingers, any canned fruit, 50 ml rum or rum essence, 1 vanilla sugar, Granko for decoration (or cocoa powder)


Procedure

Arrange ladyfingers closely on the bottom of a deep tray (or cake pan) and drizzle with juice from the canned fruit. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and mix in sour cream. Spread half of the cream on the ladyfingers and evenly place drained fruit on top. Spread the second half of the cream over the fruit. Sprinkle the surface with Granko (or cocoa powder). Freeze the entire cake for at least 1 hour.

Note: Adding raisins and rum creates a fake punch ice cream.
