33% whipping cream

3 egg yolks
100 g powdered sugar
cocoa
Parisian cream


Procedure

Whisk egg yolks with sugar until foamy.

Whip the cream (choose your flavor) separately and gently mix it with the whipped yolks.

Before freezing, you can add fresh or frozen fruit besides cocoa or vanilla, depending on your taste.
