- 8 large mushrooms
- 1 Cottage cheese
- olive oil
- 2 red peppers
- 1 red onion
- salt
- spices
- lemon
- chives
- grated parmesan
Procedure
- Clean mushrooms and hollow out. Boil water with lemon juice in a pot and cook mushroom caps for about 1 minute. Remove, drain, salt, pepper, and place on a greased baking sheet (or baking paper).
- Sauté chopped onion in oil. Add mushroom stems, hollowed pieces, peppers, and stew. Add chopped chives and cottage cheese to the mixture and fill mushroom caps.
- Sprinkle stuffed mushrooms with parmesan and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
