Dough:
5 eggs
250g powdered sugar
250g semi-coarse flour
30g cocoa
4 tablespoons hot water
Filling:
200g margarine
250g grated coconut
200g powdered sugar
150ml water
Covering mass:
150g dried milk SABI
200g hardened fat
200g powdered sugar
Chocolate glaze:
100g chocolate
40g hardened fat
Procedure
Beat whole eggs with sugar, add cocoa, water, and flour. Pour the dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake. After cooling, remove the paper. Heat margarine with water, add sugar and grated coconut. Mix well and spread on the baked dough.
Work dried milk, hardened fat, and sugar into a smooth mass. Dust a board with powdered sugar and roll out the mass to the size of the baking tray. Using a rolling pin, transfer it onto the cake and press well. Cover the whole with aluminum foil and weigh it down so the mass does not peel off.
The next day, cut the cake into cubes and dip the tip into the chocolate glaze.
