Beetroot-Egg Spread with Sabik

1 pc large cooked beetroot
1 tbsp SABI white yogurt
2 pcs eggs
1 pc Sabik chilli
to taste mustard, salt, and pepper


Procedure

1. Boil eggs hard and let cool. Grate cooked beetroot and eggs finely.

2. Mix in white yogurt, Sabik, and mustard. For a smooth consistency, use a (hand) mixer.

3. Finally, season the spread with salt and pepper.

4. Serve with fresh bread and vegetables, ham, or sliced cheese.
