Ingredients
DOUGH
150 g plain flour
50 g powdered sugar (sifted)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
a pinch of salt
100 g SABI butter
1 piece egg yolk
FILLING
3 pieces Sabináčik
GLAZE
70 g chocolate
70 ml SABI whipping cream
Procedure
1. In a bowl, mix flour, sifted powdered sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Add softened butter and egg yolk and knead a compact dough.
2. Divide the dough into tartlet molds, press to the edges of the molds, and bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 15 minutes.
3. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and pour hot cream over it. Let stand for 2 minutes, then stir into a smooth cream.
4. Let the baked tartlets cool.
5. Using a kitchen brush, spread a thin layer of ganache glaze on the bottom of the tartlets. Add Sabináčik on top and cover with ganache glaze.
6. Decorate the tartlets with fresh or dried fruit and let them set in the fridge.
TIP FROM KAROTKA: Tartlets can also be filled with chocolate Sabináčik and dark chocolate can be replaced with white.
