Prizes exceeding the value of €350 including VAT are subject to taxation of prizes considered other income under § 8 para. 1 letter i and § 9 para. 2 letter m of Act No. 565/2003 Coll. on income taxes as amended and § 10b para. 1 letter d of Act No. 580/2004 Coll. on health insurance.
The competition organizer is not responsible for any violation of tax obligations or the obligation to declare the prize in the tax return by the winner.
