BATTER:
4 pcs eggs
3 tbsp granulated sugar
70 g plain flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
50 g cocoa powder
3 tbsp oil
FILLING:
300 g white yogurt SABI
3 pcs Sabináčik vanilla SABI
250 ml whipping cream SABI
150 g powdered sugar
1 pc cold gelatin stabilizer
2 pcs vanilla sugar
Procedure
1. Whisk whole eggs with sugar until foamy. Mix as long as possible to get a nice foam.
2. Sift flour, cocoa, and baking powder into the foam, add oil, and mix. The batter will be thicker and should not be diluted.
3. Line a cake pan with baking paper and pour the thicker batter into it. Place the pan in a preheated oven and bake at about 180°C for 20 to 30 minutes. Watch the cake constantly as every oven bakes differently.
4. When the batter is baked, let it cool. Meanwhile, prepare the cream.
5. First, whip the whipping cream. Put the white yogurt into another bowl, add Sabináčik, powdered and vanilla sugar, and mix. Then fold in the whipped cream (whipped stiff) and the prepared gelatin stabilizer according to instructions. Spread the filling evenly on the cooled cake base and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.
