100 g butter SABI
150 g ham
chives
1 tablespoon Kremska mustard
sour cream delicacy SABI
2 tablespoons cognac
salt
lemon
1 salad cucumber
1 pack potato chips
Procedure
Whip butter, ham, chives, mustard, cream, and cognac in a blender to a smooth foam.
Season with salt and lemon juice.
Cut cucumber into thick slices, pipe the foam on top, and garnish with a potato chip.
