4 cups chicken broth
4 cups diced potatoes
320 g SABINA cream cheese
1/2 tsp ground red paprika
salt and pepper
2 garlic cloves
Procedure
Put broth, potatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic into a pot. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are soft.
Smash some potatoes and add cheese. Cook a little longer to melt the cheese properly in the soup.
