Cheese Soup with Sausage

125 g bryndza cheese
200 g Sabina processed cheese
500 g potatoes
salt, crushed caraway seeds, ground white pepper
1 - 2 sausages
canned beans
in tomato sauce
1 small onion

Procedure

Peel the potatoes and cut them into roughly equal cubes. Place them in a pot with cold water together with finely chopped onion, salt, and caraway seeds. Bring the water to a boil and wait until the potatoes are half cooked.

Then add the sausage cut into slices. It will color the soup red.

When the potatoes are cooked, take a little liquid from the soup into a smaller container and mix in the processed Sabina cheese with bryndza to make a smooth cream. Let the softened soup boil again, add the beans, and season to taste.

For the soup, paprika sausages are most suitable.
