CRUST:
1 cup white SABI yogurt
1 cup SABI milk
1 cup oil
1 cup coconut
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups semi-coarse flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 pc vanilla sugar
GLAZE:
1 pc chocolate
3 tbsp oil
Procedure
Dissolve granulated sugar in white yogurt, then add all other ingredients. Mix the batter well and pour into a greased and floured small baking tray (approx. 20 x 17 cm). Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. If the batter does not stick to a toothpick, the cake is done. Melt chocolate in a water bath and add oil. Pour over the cake and spread evenly. Let the chocolate set and cut with a sharp hot knife.
