400 g ground chicken meat
20 mushrooms
5 tablespoons olive oil
150 g mature Sabinovská tehla cheese
salt
ground black pepper
3 garlic cloves
parsley leaves
fresh herbs
Procedure
Wash mushrooms and separate stems from caps. Heat olive oil in a pan, fry ground chicken meat, then add chopped mushroom stems. Before finishing, add chopped parsley, garlic, salt, and mix well. Fill mushroom caps with this mixture. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle each mushroom with grated cheese and drizzle with olive oil. Bake briefly at 200 °C. Garnish with herb sprigs and serve immediately.
