5 pcs chicken meat (steaks)
5 pcs bacon slices
5 pcs VOLOVEC cheese slices
as needed olive oil
as needed salt and black pepper


Procedure

Prepare the ingredients. Season the chicken steaks with salt and pepper, but do not pound. Heat oil in a pan and quickly fry the chicken steaks on both sides.

Place a slice of bacon and a slice of VOLOVEC cheese on each steak. Then bake the steaks in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C, basting with pan juices. Watch the steaks regularly to keep the meat juicy.

Before serving, garnish the steak with pieces of bacon or tomato.
