Spinach and Cheese Spread

Ingredients

2 handfuls fresh spinach/baby spinach
100 g SABINA cream cheese
50 g grated VOLOVEC cheese block
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 handful walnuts
1 garlic clove
1/2 lemon
sea salt
ground black pepper

Procedure

Blend the spinach leaves with peeled garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Meanwhile, briefly roast the walnuts in a pan.

The result is a paste to which add Sabina cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and then spread on slices of bread or pastry.
