3 egg yolks, 100g powdered sugar, whipping cream 33% (200ml) Sabi


Procedure

Whisk egg yolks with sugar until foamy. Whip the cream separately and gently fold it into the whipped yolks. Before freezing, you can add various ingredients or fresh fruit to the mixture.

Note: Adding raisins and rum creates a fake punch ice cream.
