500 g boneless pork loin
salt
ground black pepper
semi-coarse flour

ripened Sabinovská tehla cheese slices
SABI sour cream
1 tbsp mustard

Instructions
Slice the pork loin, season with salt and pepper, and coat in flour. Fry in heated oil on both sides and transfer to a greased baking dish. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each cutlet. Add a little water to the pan with leftover oil, bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and mustard, and pour the mixture over the prepared cutlets. Bake in the oven at 190 °C for about 1 hour. Serve with rice or baked potatoes.
