Salad with Balkan cheese

Ingredients

FOR THE SALAD

1 piece of SABI Balkan-type cheese
200 g cooked beetroot
250 g salad mix
100 g red grapes
50 g walnuts

FOR THE DRESSING

1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 and 1/2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp olive oil
salt
black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cut the cooked beetroot and SABI Balkan-type cheese into small cubes. Wash the salad and grapes, cut grapes in half, break walnuts into smaller pieces and toast in a pan until crispy.

2. In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil thoroughly until all ingredients combine well. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

3. Put all ingredients (salad, beetroot, grapes, walnuts, and SABI Balkan-type cheese) into a larger bowl, add the dressing, and gently mix so all ingredients combine evenly. Serve with fresh and crispy bread.

TIP FROM KAROTKA: Grapes can be replaced with other seasonal fruits, for example nectarines.
