SABI Curd Stick

400 g Sabi curd
60 g softened SABI butter

1 pc vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
50 g powdered sugar
150 g dark chocolate
2 tbsp sunflower oil


Procedure

1. Pass SABI curd through a fine sieve into a bowl, add softened SABI butter, vanilla, powdered sugar and blend everything together with an immersion blender.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form equally sized rolls in moistened hands and place them on the parchment. Freeze the tray with curd sticks in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

3. Melt chocolate in a water bath and mix in the oil. Dip the frozen sticks in chocolate and place them on a rack or greased paper until the chocolate hardens.
