250 ml SABI Acidophilus milk
2 pcs ripe bananas
100 g brown sugar
2 pcs eggs
100 ml sunflower oil
300 g semi-coarse flour
1 pc baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
50 g chopped nuts/chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a loaf pan and grease it with oil or line with parchment paper.
2. Mash bananas with a fork into a puree. Add SABI Acidophilus milk, eggs, sugar, and oil. Mix well to combine ingredients.
3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until smooth batter forms.
4. Add nuts or chocolate chips and mix gently. Pour batter into the pan and bake for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
5. Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack. Slice and serve for breakfast or snack with butter, jam, or honey.
